Our Principles
• We organize on the basis of right-based works. We try to make individuals and communities more engaged and independent.
• We embrace the horizantal organization structure. We believe that rigid hierarchical categories affect right-based organizations negatively.
• We stand for humanity and social justice. We believe that a healthy social change is possible by making individuals and communities independent and stronger.
• We pay special attention to defending right sand needs of the disadvantaged individuals and communities, especially women and LGBTİ+ rights. We combat gender-based exploitation and violence and promote the right sand social inclusion of disadvantaged groups.

Commitment: We ensure the efficient and responsible delivery of democratic society with the means and there sources that have been entrusted to us.

Tolerance: We stand against any discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, gender expression, race, religion, language, crew etc. And we make our policies for the purpose of creating equal social space for everyone.

Solidarity: We believe change is possible through working collaboratively for the same purpose and so we try to work with every individual who wants a positive change.

Impact: We are committed to having the most sustainable impact for the communities and the people we engage with. All our actions aim to have impact which improves the living conditions of the people, contributing to reaching dignity every human being is entitled to.
